Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Mental Health is designed to meet the needs of the individuals who suffer from mental health disorders who are in need of more than just weekly counseling, but do not find inpatient care necessary. Awakenings is designed to help people resolve immediate problem areas by offering stabilization with medication, structure and support of group. IOP groups can be an effective way to learn coping skills and create a balance of support and structure to improve an individuals daily functioning.

Awakenings offers small groups, three times a week for three hours providing group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). We are an integrated program which included medication management with the psychiatrist.
